Also required

Not registry lookups; ezOIG doesn't run these
  • Personnel records with job descriptions, verification of credentials and records of training (NDAC 33-03-24.1-09(2)(j))
  • Adult day care services need department approval (NDAC 33-03-24.1-21)

Why some registries are not screened yet

The registry's terms forbid automated searches
The registry's terms, or the law behind it, rule out automated or third-party searches, so ezOIG doesn't run them.

Guidance, not legal advice

This page summarizes ezOIG's research into North Dakota's rules for this program, checked against the regulations as of October 16, 2026. Rules change, and an agency's own contract or license can add to them. Confirm what applies to you with North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, Medical Services Division (ND Medicaid); HHS Aging Services and the Developmental Disabilities Section run the HCBS waivers or your own counsel before relying on it.
