License verification & renewal
Professional licenses checked against the issuing state's board in Massachusetts and Colorado (with Colorado's QMAP register), status and expiry on record. Renewal dates surface before they lapse, not after.
Nurse Aide Registry
Home-care aides checked against the Massachusetts and Colorado Nurse Aide Registries: certification status, and the findings and discipline that bar a hire. The federal pre-hire check, kept on file.
MassHealth exclusions
The Massachusetts sanctioned-provider list screened alongside the federal one, so a state exclusion doesn't sit unnoticed between monthly OIG runs.
State Medicaid exclusions
The Medicaid exclusion lists of the other states you work in, today Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Vermont and Washington, with more to come. An NPI on a list is definitive; a name match is flagged for review.
SAM.gov exclusions
The federal government-wide debarment list, refreshed daily. It reaches beyond healthcare — OFAC, OPM, DOJ and others — so a party excluded from federal programs is caught even when the OIG list has never heard of them.
OFAC sanctions
The Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals list, straight from the source rather than by way of SAM.gov. Aliases are screened with the primary name, and a date of birth that disagrees rules a namesake out.
Massachusetts CORI
Criminal record checks with each subject's signed acknowledgement and its expiry tracked, so nothing runs without valid consent. Arrives with the state's iCORI system.
Scheduled automation
Point a schedule at a category or tag and it runs alone. Anchor it to each person's own dates and re-screens fire on hire anniversaries.
