Not registry lookups; ezOIG doesn't run these- IDHW Background Check Unit fingerprint-based clearance (Idaho State Police and FBI) for all employees, at hire; a new check when joining a new agency more than three years after the last one (Idaho Code 56-2704(1)(g); Home Health and Hospice Services handbook §3.2; IDAPA 16.05.06.195.01)

Why some registries are not screened yet
- The registry's terms forbid automated searches
- The registry's terms, or the law behind it, rule out automated or third-party searches, so ezOIG doesn't run them.
- Checked by request to the agency
- The agency answers a written request or form rather than an online search.
