Plans differ by monthly volume only. There is no lower tier with fewer registries and no higher tier with more.
NO SETUP FEE · NO LOCK-IN
No minimum term. Monthly plans cancel any time; annual plans are ten months for twelve. Many enterprise vendors charge to set up and require a one-year term. We do neither.
NO OVERAGE · NOTHING LOST
There is no metered overage. At the limit, checks on persons not yet screened this month pause and wait. Move up a plan with one click and they start on their own. You are warned before a run would cross the limit, not after.
† CORI is the one item outside the flat rate. The Commonwealth charges $25 per iCORI request, so each CORI check is billed at the state fee plus our service fee, only when you run one. Every other check is included.
‡ A person counts once in a calendar month if any check of any type was run on them that month. Re-checks of the same person are free. The count resets on the first of the month; deactivating someone does not remove them from a month in which they were already screened. Pre-hire candidate lookups count like anyone else.

How does pricing work?
One flat monthly price, set by how many persons you screen in a month. Every plan includes the same screening bundle; the four plans differ only in that monthly count. Nothing is charged per check, with one exception: CORI, below.
What counts as a person screened?
A person counts once in a calendar month if any check of any type was run on them that month. Re-checks of the same person are free. The count resets on the first of the month, and deactivating someone does not remove them from a month in which they were already screened. Pre-hire candidate lookups count like anyone else.
What do I save by paying annually?
Two months. An annual plan is ten times the monthly price: $1,000, $2,500, $5,000 or $10,000 a year.
What happens when I reach the limit?
Nothing is lost and nothing is charged. Checks on persons already screened this month keep running. Checks on persons not yet screened this month pause, and a notice shows you what is waiting. Move up a plan with one click and the paused checks start on their own. We warn you before a scheduled run would cross the limit.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Annual plans can be invoiced or paid by ACH on request.
Is there a free trial?
14 days on every plan. A card is required to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. The trial uses the monthly limit of the plan you chose.
How is CORI billed?
Per check, on every plan. The Commonwealth charges $25 for each iCORI request, so a CORI check is billed at that $25 state fee plus our service fee, and only when you run one. Every other check is included in the flat rate.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?
Neither. There is no setup fee and no lock-in: monthly plans cancel any time and annual plans simply run their year. You sign our standard agreement and a BAA, as with any vendor handling PHI; neither binds you to stay.
We screen more than 3,000 persons a month.
